Meet Emily Daniel, wife, dog mom, and owner of Stacked Cake and Confection Co., A bakery based in Groves, TX. She discovered her passion for baking at the age of 12 when she started baking for family and friends. After graduated pastry school and spending a few years as a corporate pastry cook, Emily decided to follow her dream and open her own pastry business. Stacked Cake and Confection Co. official opened for business in February of 2022,
